Take advantage of the event space and management support provided by ESA and add the value of expanded program and networking opportunities, as your attendees join ESA delegates for plenary and poster sessions, catering, and industry exhibitions.
Options include a one-day or two-day conference event, a workshop or project basedevent, or professional development training.
Your event will be listed as part of the main ESA20 Conference program, and on the ESA20 Conference website. The option to create reciprocal registration packages is available.
What we need from you:
- Proposed program format (note there may be some need to align with the ESA program schedule)
- Proposed date/s
- Estimated number of participants
- Proposed presenters
- Proposed participation fees
- Details of any sponsors, including sponsor logos if applicable
The Organising Committee for ESA20 invites submissions from smaller Societies, Associations and Special Interest Groups to host their own ‘mini-conference’ within the framework of our annual ESA Conference.
We understand you may like to restrict attendance at your mini-conference to invited participants. Please advise if this is your preference, or if you are happy for interested ESA20 delegates to attend.
